Patient E: Silicone Breast Implants

This 50-year-old mother of five wanted to regain the fullness in her breast that she lost during pregnancy and nursing. This patient decided to have her breast augmentation performed under local anesthesia, rather than twilight anesthesia, which is generally used during breast augmentations. Local anesthesia is a great option for those who are uneasy about being placed completely under anesthesia. She is shown before and after her 339 cc Moderate Plus profile silicone breast implants were placed.
